The Sweetest Energy Drink
Christian celebrated his 40th Birthday with the Sweetest Energy Drink – a Red Bull designed Birthday Cake!
This is a full fondant cake that was carefully designed by our decorators. They paid close attention to details and replicated the Red Bull design as close to the real thing as possible. This was a very big cake that was definitely a big surprise for Christian!

Eco-Friendly Gingerbread House
Our last blog entry was all about the holidays and we just got a lot of raves about our Holiday Gingerbread Houses. But who knew that we would win the first place on an Eco-Friendly Gingerbread House making contest?!
Yep, Palermo’s Bakery won the top prize in making an Environment-Friendly Designed Gingerbread House!
A minimum of six Green Design Elements were required and these are the ones we featured in ours:
- Rainwater Harvesting Storage Tank
- Ground-Source Heat-Pump External Ground Loop
- Vegetable Garden Box
- Low-Impact Recycled Car Tire Foundation
- Solar Panels
- Micro Wind Turbine

It’s December and it’s the Holiday Season! Despite the traffic, the long lines in the store, and the chill in the air during this season, the holidays is still something that everyone looks forward to.
Holidays always mean gifts, food, and more food – desserts! Palermo’s Bakery is getting ready for the holiday rush! We are making gingerbread houses, packing up cookie trays and setting up special pastries for the celebrations that each home will happen in the next couple of weeks.
