It has been a while since I've been able to blog so it is nice to be able to add something new! Sometimes when speaking with brides words like "contemporary," "elegant", "traditional," and so on come up and we make beautiful cakes for our couples looking for these styles. However,  I wanted to add a picture of a wedding cake that we recently made to make it clear that thinking outside the box is cool too! If you are able to use your imagination and take a chance you may end up with something very unique. Now, to STRESS, the point, this may not be for everyone and that is totally okay!! Not every bride will want something that stands outside the norm among "wedding cakes."  But, it does seem like as time goes on more and more couples are looking to do something that defines them as a couple and incorporates that characteristic of their relationship in the design of their cake.  This is a wedding cake a couple asked us to make to match the hotel where they were engaged.
